An officer has been arraigned for allegedly pepper-spraying a teenager’s pizza during a traffic stop. Officer Juan Tavera, 30, spotted a pizza in the back seat of a vehicle during a traffic stop and used his OC-pepper spray on the food without the driver noticing.
